Technical Sales Advisor
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Location: West Bromwich

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development for Ingot Sale:
Identify and engage potential aerospace and defence focused investment casting customers to grow the ingot order book.
Grow knowledge of alloys used by various customers, their specification and ways to produce by blending various scrap sources in most cost efficient manner
Develop and implement strategies for new market penetration and customer acquisition.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Longwear Alloys and foster connections within the industry.
Purchasing & Procurement:
Source and negotiate purchase of material with suppliers for various metals, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, quantity and timely delivery to ensure correct and cost effective raw materials for the foundry.
On ad-hoc basis, capitalise on opportunities to purchase raw materials in order to make a trading profit i.e. in addition to raw materials for the foundry.
Ensure quality of materials purchased in order to keep production of ingots within specification and avoid issues in foundry
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor procurement KPIs and report on purchasing performance to the executive team.
Utilise data analytics to inform decision-making and improve procurement processes.
Skills / Qualifications:
Relevant technical sales experience, any experience in the metals industry desirable but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary: £37,500 to £46,215 (location depending)
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

The role involves meeting people both face-to-face and via telephone/video. But whether you connect online or in person, you'll be sensitive, compassionate and able to ask the right questions while upholding best practice standards.

Are you an experience, Care Home Assistant Practictioner (CHAPS) seeking the opportunity to deliver high-quality care to residents? Do you have leadership skills and a sound understanding of what is required to work in a safe and effective care home? The Role:
Using your sound empathy skills you will ensure patients are given the comfort and dignity they deserve, whilst supporting their individual needs.
With support of the Duty Nurse, you will provide leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring that care is delivered according to the latest guidelines and best practices. As well as supervising day-to-day activities and conduct formal supervision with staff, you will also ensure effective handover systems between shifts, and support new Senior HCAs and care staff during their induction and competency assessments.
You will regularly monitor residents' health, including vital signs and skin integrity. Manage wound care and assist with diabetes management, catheter care, and other clinical observations as required.
Using your excellent attention to detail maintain accurate records and communicate effectively regarding resident care. Send weekly reports to the Home Manager on staff documentation and monthly reports on care plans, risk assessments, and MCA compliance.
Essential Criteria:
. Care Home Assistant Practitioner (CHAPS) QUALIFIED IN UK
· Worked in a Care Home setting for 12 months or more as a Senior carer or CHAP's
· NVQ Level 3 (minimum)
· Proven experience of Management responsibilities
